What must be the validity period of the English proficiency certificate?

The English proficiency certificate is valid for 2 years. This can be an official certificate such as TOEFL, Cambridge, IELTS, or it can also be issued by the Language Department of your institution. Your level must be at least level B2 or equivalent. It is optional to add some proof of your skills, such as having previously taught a course in English.

What must be the level of proficiency of future COIL coordinators?

All participants in the program must be fluent in English. They must demonstrate their skills with an English proficiency certificate showing at least level B2 or equivalent.
